As an SEM Specialist, you drive high-budget paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft ecosystems to deliver relevant, optimized results aligned with client briefs. You work within the Client Service team to develop proactive strategies, optimize performance, and report insights to clients. You collaborate with marketing, creative, insights, and analytics partners to ensure integrated, data-driven campaigns. This role offers growth through global client exposure and access to certifications and training, with a focus on impactful, measurable outcomes.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and monitor high-budget accounts
• Plan, activate, and manage campaigns across formats (Search, Demand Gen, Pmax, YouTube) on Google and Microsoft ecosystems
• Report to clients weekly (written and verbal)
• Develop independent account strategies following team guidelines
• Continuously optimize campaigns for performance
• Automate report generation and data extraction
• Create client reports and presentations
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate SEM strategy
Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience managing high-budget accounts in Google and Microsoft ecosystems
• Knowledge of GA4 analytics and management
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Experience with bid strategies (CPA, ROAS, VBB Implementation)
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tracking implementations (pixels, GA4)
• Proficiency in SA360, Merchant Center, Google Ads Editor, and Microsoft Advertising Editor
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
