What You Will Do
As a Marketing Distribution Manager (Content Operator), you will be responsible for turning NeuralTrust’s research and insights into content that reaches the right audiences and drives visibility.
You will:
* Transform research, blog posts, and internal insights into high-performing distribution assets
* Drive content distribution across channels (LinkedIn, SEO, communities, media)
* Execute and scale link-building strategies to increase domain authority and rankings
* Ensure NeuralTrust appears in benchmarks, reports, and relevant industry publications
* Repurpose content into multiple formats (posts, threads, short-form, scripts, visuals)
* Craft strong hooks and narratives tailored to each platform
* Support video content distribution (scripts, clips, positioning, amplification)
* Identify and test new distribution channels and formats
* Track performance and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and traffic
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with strong taste and attention to detail, who understands how content spreads and is obsessed with distribution.
* 3+ years of experience in content marketing, growth, or distribution roles
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn and organic distribution strategies
* Experience with SEO and link-building
* Ability to repurpose xpzdshu content into multiple formats quickly and effectively
* Strong intuition for hooks, positioning, and audience attention
* Comfortable working with AI tools for content and workflows
* Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and iteration
* Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership
* Fluent in English
* Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona (hybrid)
