Bacardi – Sales Representative
Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain
Responsibilities
* As part of the On‑Trade team, contribute to deliver our objectives: EFO & new model.
* Accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On‑Trade customers.
* Negotiate in Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
* Drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
* Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximise Bacardi’s performance at On‑Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
* Be available to work at night, visiting clients and checking activation levers.
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial; field sales experience preferred.
* Demonstrable affinity with On‑Trade, Events and/or Promotions.
* Solid ability to organise your work independently and effectively.
* Solid negotiation skills.
* Good communicator and an active listener.
* Team player.
