**About the role**:
Support the creation and activation of high-performing digital assets across Demand Gen, Web & CRO, and Lead Nurture channels, ensuring marketing campaigns drive measurable engagement and conversion. Work collaboratively with Performance and Digital Marketers to execute strategic initiatives and local tactical requests, while developing expertise in performance-driven digital content.
**Which tasks can you expect?**
- Design and optimise digital assets that go beyond static formats, leveraging motion, video, animation, and AI-driven creative techniques to enhance performance.
- Support structured testing and optimisation, iterating on assets to improve CTR, conversion rates, and engagement based on performance insights.
- Work from briefs provided by Channel Strategists, Performance Marketers, or Local Marketing teams, ensuring asset requests align with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketers and Digital Marketers to execute creative assets in line with messaging frameworks and best practices.
- Help manage the digital asset creation process, ensuring version control, approvals, and consistency in execution.
- Monitor asset performance and engagement data, contributing insights for future creative improvements.
**What do you have to offer?**
- Creative thinker with a strong conceptual approach to asset design and optimisation
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to streamline asset production and improve creative impact.
- Basic proficiency in CMS, marketing automation platforms, and design tools.
- Understanding of CRO, SEO, and UX principles for performance-driven asset creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests effectively.
- Eager to learn and develop expertise in digital marketing and creative execution.
