The Company:
Our client is a leading integral technology brand in the smart residential energy sector. They specialize in integrated systems for solar power, energy storage, EV charging, and energy management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier communication, purchase order issuance, and invoice processing to ensure timely material availability.
- Oversee logistics and inventory operations, coordinating shipments, monitoring delivery status, and conducting quality checks upon goods receipt.
- Schedule and coordinate product deliveries with installation teams, ensuring seamless handover to customers and obtaining formal acceptance documentation.
- Facilitate project closure by verifying completion milestones, initiating customer invoicing, and supporting the accounts team in payment collection.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on order and delivery status.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or logistics,, preferably within renewable energy, construction, or consumer durables.
- Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with project management or ERP software is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
