About the Role
The Junior Programme Manager provides program planning and co-ordination support for the F-110 and F-100 frigate radar contracts, helping ensure successful execution of development, integration, and testing activities. The position works closely with. program teams, Spanish industry partners and government stakeholders to support program reviews, reporting, and customer engagement.
1. Provide Planning and Program support for successful execution of the F-110 DCS SBR and F-100 MLU contracts.
2. Collaborates with the US PM teams to coordinate customer reviews and presentations, data calls, and program performance reporting.
3. Supports the LM España team to execute current contracts and grow future business.
4. Provides customer support liaising with the Ministry of Defense Program Office and Navantia, including customer facing interaction with program leadership, technical leadership and contract management teams to ensure successful contract execution and reporting.
5. Provide program management support for development, integration and test of the LM systems in F-110 and F-100 frigates.
6. Perform cross-coordination with other F-110 / F-100 contracts.
7. Domestic (Spain) and limited international (US) travel required.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
8. Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, other applicable degree or commensurate experience.
9. Prior successful experience in a Program Management or program office support role.
10. Strong skills in planning and execution. Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical data.
11. Possesses highly effective writing skills, strong analytic capability, and the ability to develop quality PowerPoint presentations from program data.
12. Experience in Systems Engineering concepts and processes.
13. Ability to drive program milestones to complete on schedule.
14. Team working ability to achieve goals.
15. Experience in working with Spanish Navy and DGAM as a customer
16. Knowledge of export controls and policies.
17. Fluent (written and verbal communication) in both English and Spanish.
Desired Skills :
18. Experience working on Spanish Aegis or Radar Programs
19. Experience working with Navantia
20. Experience working with industrial partners, subcontractors, teammates for overall product development, integration and test.
