Logistics and procurement manager (vitoria-gasteiz)

• Ensure the industrial plant has the necessary materials and supplies to maintain continuous and efficient production through supplier contact, development, planning, negotiation, purchasing, and final delivery within the Group’s framework.
• Coordinate and supervise the purchasing and logistics team, promoting their professional development.
• Analyse plant capacities and the subcontracting chain, proposing and agreeing on actions that balance cost, deadlines, and social impact to guarantee correct supply to the Customer in the medium/long term.
• Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize and resolve supply‑related issues.
• Ensure logistics costs, both internal and external, of the area of competence, implement and maintain standard processes, suggest competitive processes, and reduce non‑quality costs.
• Coordinate the activity planning in your area to guarantee deliveries to the Client according to production requirements, Lead Time, and stock policy.
• Propose guidelines for reviewing contract terms with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain market consistency and optimise costs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of work experience in these functions.
• High level of English.
• Proficiency in Office 365, specifically Excel.
• Availability to travel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
