About the role
As a Senior Product Manager at MAKE, you'll own a meaningful part of our roadmap. The surface is wide — payouts, multi-currency accounts, virtual cards, splits, crypto — and where you focus will depend on your background and what excites you most.
This is an early-stage environment: the roadmap is live, the team is lean, and the decisions you make ship to real users fast. You'll work directly with end-users and partners, not just internal stakeholders — bringing their signal back into what we build. You'll also be expected to improve how we work, not just what we ship. This role is deeply technical and deeply human at the same time.
You'll thrive here if you have
* 5+ years of product management in fintech, neobanking, or payments
* Startup experience that goes beyond job titles: you've operated in a small, fast team where you owned outcomes end-to-end, made calls with incomplete information, and moved without waiting for permission.
* Tech-Savvy & Integration depth: you've owned or closely collaborated on API integrations at scale. You write requirements and technical specs that engineers comprehend and actually trust.
* Strong UX instincts: you believe great financial products remove anxiety, not just friction. You've run user research, turned messy insights into elegant flows, and kept iterating based on real feedback loops rather than assumptions.
* Client-facing fluency: you're comfortable leading scoping calls with partners. You know how to surface the right requirements, pressure-test their constraints, and translate what you hear into something the team can actually build and ship.
* Hands-on global banking and payment knowledge: SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, or real-time payments.
* Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage speed: you know when to ship and learn vs. when to slow down for compliance, security, and scalability. You don't confuse busyness with momentum.
Bonus points
* Experience with card issuing (BIN sponsorship, scheme rules, tokenisation via Apple/Google Pay).
* Exposure to crypto rails or stablecoin on/off ramp as a complementary fiat layer.
* You've shipped developer-facing API products — you understand what good DX looks like and can write specs that make external integrators successful
