The Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services will enable the Human Pharma Delivery Unit (HPS DU) to build and automate campaign journeys efficiently, primarily using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with potential involvement in other digital engagement tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, CDP, database management systems, and proprietary tools. The role includes managing team-specific spaces within Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.
Responsibilities
* Build campaign workflows and ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery aligned with business needs.
* Optimize campaign processes, including platform automation and innovation for efficiency and quality.
* Provide technical specifications and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for software enhancements.
* Debug workflow issues, report bugs, and collaborate with IT support.
* Document technical enhancements, templates, and processes.
* Develop and test script enhancements (JavaScript), schema extensions, API calls, etc.
* Create and maintain workflows, templates, landing pages, and HTML content.
* Collaborate with Campaign Support Services and communicate with Platform Management Omnichannel.
Requirements & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in technical or business fields with a strong tech background.
* Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and 1 year of Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
* Technical marketing automation certification preferred.
* Experience translating business requirements into software solutions.
* Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, web API calls, ampscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
Python is a plus.
* Understanding of SDLC, experience in software delivery environments, and knowledge of email/website design are advantageous.
* Familiarity with Atlassian tools, pharma knowledge (including Veeva CRM), and troubleshooting experience are pluses.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and fluent in English.
