In this role you be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy across Spain and Portugal. This role involves
managing regional sales teams, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with
global business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and deep knowledge of
the Iberian market.
DELIVERY
Develop and implement the sales strategy for Iberia aligned with global objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and growth segments.
Forecast sales performance and set regional targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Negotiate major contracts and partnerships.
Grow profitably in all areas.
Build and increase customer base In the Iberian territory.
Expand market share through innovative sales initiatives.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize customer experience.
Work in synergy with the existing Ansell senior sales team to develop and execute business plans and strategies
with the aim of growing and servicing our customer base.
Establish and maintain relationships within the allocated territory through regular customer meetings, trade sales
days, training sessions, networking events and office visits.
Prepare annual budgets and present these to the International Sales Director for approval.
Work with marketing to ensure effective and targeted campaigns are launched for your areas.
Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure business goals are achieved this may be outside the
scope of your primary role.
Representing Ansell at all required events business and social in Iberia- additionally this may also be required
overseas.
