Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Assist in the daily monitoring and control of production lines, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards. \* Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen). \* Participate in data collection and analysis related to production performance, identifying areas for optimization. \* Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. \* Contribute to the documentation of production processes and work instructions. \* Assist in the training of new operators on specific tasks and safety protocols. \* Support the SPV (Système de Production Valeo) initiatives within the production department. \* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production activities. \* Prepare reports and presentations on production metrics and project progress.
