Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Invoicing Financial Analyst to support the Landside department based in Madrid. This role focuses on reviewing and analyzing financial reports to enhance operational performance and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and validate financial reports related to Landside operations.
* Analyze cost structures, variances, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Support monthly closing activities and reporting cycles.
* Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for management.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and, preferably, Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
* Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly.
* Experience with financial systems or ERP tools is a plus.
Who we are looking for
* Bachelor\ 's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business or similar field
* Proven track record of successfully managing invoicing processes, P&L knowledge, and improving cost management processes.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
* Advanced Excel skills and Power BI (mandatory)
* Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (nice to have)
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive and well-organized with a strong attention to detail
* Adaptable and able to manage complex tasks
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams but also ability to work independently
