We’re supporting a multinational consulting firm delivering projects across Europe and are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Lead to join a fully remote engagement (Spanish required).

Responsibilities and requirements:
* As a Human Resources Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and integrating initiatives or programs related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce, and data administration.
* You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
* Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation is required.
* Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is recommended.
* Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving.
Tasks:
* Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in human resources practices.
* Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions that support organizational goals.
* Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
* Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within human resources operations.
