Pstrong POSITION SUMMARY /strong /pp The Account Executive – Aluminum Covers is responsible for driving commercial growth of CST’s cover solutions, including aluminum domes, internal floating roofs (IFR), seals and accessories and flat covers across both Oil Gas and Water (potable and wastewater) sectors. /pp This role combines strong technical expertise and business development capability, with a clear focus on market expansion, project generation, and strategic partnership development. /pp The ideal candidate should have proven experience in aluminum covers and floating roof systems applied to Oil Gas storage tanks, with the ability to extend this knowledge into water and wastewater applications. /pp The Account Executive will actively explore markets, identify opportunities, and build CST’s presence by developing local partner networks in each country, positioning CST as a global leader in integrated cover solutions. /pp This is a remote role, can be based anywhere in Western Europe. /p pstrong ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /p p Commercial Business Development /pulli Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on: /lili Oil Gas storage terminals, refineries, and tank operators /lili Water and wastewater treatment facilities /lili Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities (greenfield and retrofit markets) /lili Actively generate project pipelines leading to sales through: /lili Direct engagement with end users /lili EPC tracking and specification influence /lili Market intelligence and mapping /li /ul p Partnership Development /pulli Continuously identify, evaluate, and develop local partners in each country, including: /lili Tank manufacturers /lili EPC contractors /lili Local representatives and distributors /lili Global and National accounts with major petroleum accounts. /lili Establish and manage long-term strategic alliances /lili Ensure partners are aligned with CST’s commercial strategy and product positioning /lili Support and drive partner performance and opportunity generation /li /ul p Technical Commercial Sales /pulli Promote CST’s full portfolio of cover solutions: /lili Aluminum Domes /lili Internal Floating Roofs /lili Seals and accessories /lili Flat covers /lili Service and installation partners /lili Utilize technical expertise to: /lili Support solution definition /lili Influence specifications /lili Advise clients on optimal configurations /lili Lead the full sales cycle: /lili Opportunity identification /lili Proposal strategy /lili Negotiation and closing /li /ul p Market Development Positioning /pulli Market intelligence and Product competition knowledge /lili Position CST as a preferred supplier of integrated cover systems /lili Support vendor registration and approvals (e.g., ARAMCO, ADNOC, VOPAK, major operators) /lili Analyze and monitor: /lili Competitor activity /lili Market pricing /lili Product gaps and opportunities /lili Identify regulatory and market drivers: /lili VOC emissions reduction /lili ESG requirements /lili Environmental compliance /li /ul p Internal Coordination /pulli Act as the link between regional markets and CST global resources: /lili Engineering /lili Manufacturing (US, Germany, Korea, Vietnam) /lili Coordinate with internal teams to ensure competitive and optimized solutions /lili Support product development initiatives based on market feedback /lili Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, trade shows, and technical presentations /li /ul p Customer Relationship Management /pulli Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts /lili Ensure continuous follow-up on: /lili Proposals /lili Negotiations /lili Project execution /lili Identify opportunities for: /lili IFR retrofits /lili Seal replacements /lili Maintenance and upgrades /lili Retrofit or new concrete tanks for water and wastewater. /li /ul p Administrative Reporting /pulli Maintain CRM (Salesforce) updated with: /lili Opportunities /lili Pipeline /lili Forecasts /lili Prepare and review commercial proposals aligned with CST pricing strategy /lili Coordinate internally to support order execution and delivery /li /ul pstrong QUALIFICATIONS /strong /pp Education and Experience /pulli Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field /lili Minimum 5–10 years of experience in: /lili Oil Gas storage industry, capital goods sales or turnaound sales experience /lili Tank systems, roofs, or related equipment /lili Proven experience in technical sales and business development /li /ul pstrong Technical Experience (Highly Recommended) /strong /pulli Experience in: /lili Aluminum covers (domes or similar structures) /lili Internal Floating Roofs (IFR) or storage tank roof systems /li /ul pstrong Core Competencies /strong /pulli Strong business development mindset (hunter profile) /lili Ability to develop markets and generate projects from early stages /lili Experience building and managing partner networks across multiple countries /lili Strategic thinking with strong execution capability /lili Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills /li /ul pstrong Language Skills /strong /pulli English (mandatory) /lili Additional languages depending on region: /lili EMEA: Arabic, Spanish, French (plus) /lili SEA: Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese (plus) /li /ul pstrong Computer Skills /strong /pulli Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /lili CRM systems (Salesforce) /lili Basic understanding of technical tools (AutoCAD is a plus) /li /ul pstrong TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS /strong /pulli30–50% travel required (client visits, partner meetings, trade shows) /li /ul pstrong WORK ENVIRONMENT /strong /pp The work environment is dynamic and international, involving frequent interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams across multiple regions.
