ARGHOS- Process Engineer – Power Plants | International Projects | Madrid, Spain We are currently looking for experienced Process Engineer (6–10 years of experience) to join multidisciplinary engineering teams involved in the development of industrial Power Plant projects. The selected candidate will participate in Conceptual Engineering, FEED and Detailed Engineering phases for international projects within the Power sector. Main Responsibilities: • Process engineering design for industrial Power Plants: Combined Cycle, Cogeneration, Biomass, Waste-to-Energy, Renewable Energy and related facilities • Preparation and review of engineering deliverables ensuring quality and compliance with project schedules. • Participation in technical and project management meetings with Clients, Vendors, Licensors, Partners and multidisciplinary teams. • Participation in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Design Reviews and 3 D Model Reviews. • Equipment and systems design review, layouts and instrumentation specifications. • Supervision and coordination of process engineering activities. • Man-hour estimation and interdisciplinary coordination. • Design change management and follow-up of engineering actions. • Preparation and review of: Material & Energy Balances, Process Simulations, Equipment & Piping Sizing Calculations, Heat Exchanger Thermal Design, Datasheets, Line & Instrument Lists, PFDs, P& IDs, Process Philosophies, Functional Descriptions, Operating Manuals and Test Procedures Requirements: 6–10 years of experience in Power Engineering projects Previous experience in engineering companies within the Power sector Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Energy Engineering Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent) – international projects environment Advanced Spanish level (C1) What We Offer • The opportunity to work for an international and pioneering company within the engineering sector. • Participation in highly complex national and international projects. • Permanent contract with ARGHOS. • Competitive salary package according to the experience and expertise provided. • Hybrid working model. • Monday to Friday working schedule based in Madrid City. • Adaptable working hours with adaptable office arrival and departure times. • Adaptable Compensation Plan including meal vouchers, public transportation support, childcare vouchers and private medical insurance.
