Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, invites an Associate Director for its F&B Department at Jumeirah Mallorca, a boutique resort on the Mediterranean coast.
About the Role
Support daily operations of the F&B division, lead staffing functions, manage inventory and beverage requisitions, monitor guest feedback, and ensure efficient, high‐quality service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Assume the Director's duties in their absence and support daily operations of the F&B division, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
Support staffing functions including hiring, onboarding, performance appraisals, coaching, and handling colleague concerns.
Oversee inventory, beverage, and store requisitions, collaborating with Outlet Managers and Cost Controller to optimize costs and quality.
Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring efficient service and high‐quality standards.
About You
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role.
Proven experience managing teams in luxury hospitality environments.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Strategic mindset with problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
