C295 Production Control FAL – Airbus Defence and Space SAU, San Pablo (Sevilla). Permanent, Full‑time, Professional level.
Responsibilities
- Accountability for the production control main functions.
- Follow‑up and analysis of standard and manufactured missing parts to avoid impact on the production plan.
- Management of the work‑orders lifecycle.
- Support to production regarding material availability and forecast delivery dates for daily planning.
- Follow‑up of missing parts for parts manufactured by external or internal suppliers, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Follow‑up of standard missing parts and maintain the proper WBS in SAP/SNT (operative network, production centers, PEP).
- Management of incidences related to HNCs, IRS, work‑orders, due‑dates, required parts and spares.
- Ensure damaged parts are properly returned to warehouses with the correct documentation.
- Cost control of work‑orders.
- Digitalization and improvement of flight line tools to streamline follow‑up of parts to be returned, IR, missing parts, etc.
- Continuous improvement of digital tools to standardize the following of Airbus procedures.
Qualifications
- Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Production Control.
- High adaptability to new topics, business areas and network mode working.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Airbus Internship experience is a plus.
