Manufacturing Engineering Combat (EFA RHW)
An opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer in area of Eurofighter RHW (Combat Spain) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, to be based in Getafe (Madrid).
Responsibilities
* Perform and update documentation and technical instruction according to design changes, improvements, process modification, implementation of innovation solutions, 3D Work Orders...
* Provide shop floor support in order to solve issues during manufacturing processes.
* Work with the Material Review Board (MRB). Disposition to defects, HNCs, Waivers...
* Co-design with design office, in order to improve and approve new designs, MCA, RFA, DOI...
* To be part of multi functional team, to solve all issues come up in manufacturing line.
* Manufacturing structure and process, associated documentation (work order, technical instruction, job card...), updated process.
* Manufacturing feedback (OSF, KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving).
* Create and develop competitive and mature technologies in support of new needs.
* Assess and adapt new technologies to cover the needs and requirements of the business lines.
* Product configuration awareness.
* Future business requirements.
* New manufacturing process based on new technology solution.
Skills
* Education: Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 3-5 years in Manufacturing, Engineering or Design
* Soft skills : High adaptability to work on new topics, teamwork, proactive, innovative, looking for continous improvement...
* Languages: Advanced level in English.
* Technical knowledge : CATIA, Sipla, MEP, DBC, DMU4D, 3DAV...
* Valuable / Nice to have: experience in Airbus, in Air Power Operations (TAO) or Comercial Aircraft Operations.
