Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, hands‑on, and analytical Cash Management & Treasury Specialist to manage liquidity, cash flows, and banking operations across multiple EMEA statutory entities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet all financial obligations, supporting treasury operations, and maintaining strong governance over banking, FX, and outsourced processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling large workloads independently within a global treasury environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily cash flow for statutory entities to ensure adequate liquidity to cover all operational and financial liabilities.
* Monitor bank balances and cash positions, proactively identifying funding requirements and risks.
* Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve short‑ and medium‑term cash flow forecasts across EMEA entities.
* Perform variance analysis and support forecasting accuracy.
* Oversee banking administration, including bank documentation, account maintenance, mandates, and KYC requirements.
* Maintain and support Treasury applications and tools (e.G. XRT, GEC, XB Monitor, and related systems).
* Monitor FX activity, including FX on Behalf (FXOB) structures and corporate FX coverage.
* Support FX execution and monitoring to manage currency exposure and ensure compliance with treasury policies.
* Supervise WNS outsourcing processes related to cash management and treasury operations.
* Ensure service quality, controls, and SLAs are met, escalating issues as required.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or Liquidity Management, ideally within a multinational environment.
* Strong hands‑on approach with the ability to manage large workloads and tight deadlines .
* Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Solid understanding of cash forecasting, banking structures, and FX operations.
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
* Experience working with SAP and treasury management systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Advanced English is a must.
