Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.Conduct regular financial analysis to support decision-making.Collaborate with the Procurement Director Africa to establish procurement budgets.Develop and implement cost control strategies within procurement.Guide the procurement team on financial practices.Manage TCO, including FOB, freight, insurance, duties, clearing costs, inland costs, and FX impacts, ensuring traceability of cost drivers.Manage project savings, working capital implications, and FX needs.Monitor procurement expenditures for cost-saving opportunities.Benchmark COGs across BUs to maximize opportunities.What You Can Expect from Us
