* We seek a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead and manage the Corporate Ecosystems team, which occupies a central position in maximizing product-market fit.
* We serve international corporate clients in 3 different segments, by number of employees: SMB, Enterprise and Major Companies.
Because we are the hinge between business development and product definition, we work hand in hand with a variety of different teams to maximize product-market fit:
* Sales, pre-sales and post-sales teams help us better understand our clients and the direction our products should move towards.
* Working collaboratively with technical experts in different areas that make up the content, technology and services areas, is our way to ensure their combined work follows in that direction.
* In perfect alignment with the strategy team (we report to the COO, one of the company founders!) to ensure we follow the go-to-market strategy.

What you will do at ODILO:
* Sales Support: by assuming the role of Solutions Architect in key commercial meetings and helping KAMs define tailored Programs for Big corporate customers.
* Coordinate and prioritize commercial support requests to be submitted to the department.
* Be responsible for ensuring that services / products are well defined and meet company quality standards.
* Coordinate the work carried out by the Product marketing Owner and Product Associate for the creation and updating our Services / Product
* Coordinate with the rest of Product Marketing Manager of other verticals Requests for technical developments, contents, etc.
* to align with the requests made to the horizontal teams.
* Process setting : creating processes that enable the constant and scalable evolution of the Lats created.
The ideal candidate will bring:
* An open mind with a deep desire to learn new skills and work with cross-department teams.
* At least 2 years of experience in managing product marketing teams.
* Strong interest in the business rather than the technical side of product management.
* University education in areas related to business and communication (eg ADE, Marketing). We are NOT looking for graduates in the field of Education.
* Client orientation : solving challenges by starting from the client's need / pain and building backward.
* Responsible and proactive spirit capable to manage priorities in a fast, dynamic and ambiguous environment. Experience working in tech environments, preferably at/with startups, will be valued positively.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese and French are a plus.
* Exceptional communication skills, both for visual presentations and speaking settings.
* Interest in deepening knowledge of Corporate Learning and Development
* Positivity, Resilience and a teamwork attitude
* A multifaceted profile used to deal with projects / teams of different natures will be highly appreciated.

* Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and execution of the product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
* Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives and the team, ensuring continuous improvement and success.
* Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
