As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and apply appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with German companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a variety of advertisers to deliver optimal digital advertising solutions for each customer.
This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as part of a larger sales team, increasing the client customer base across EMEA. You will be part of the largest team creating unique customer experiences and actively influencing the German online marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
1. Implement creative strategies to improve client and agency relationships by tailoring performance suggestions, upselling, and promoting products.
2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies achieve the best ROI on their advertising investments by working closely with them in a consultative manner.
3. Consistently meet assigned sales quotas while delivering an outstanding customer sales experience.
4. Proactively communicate with customers via phone, video conference, and email.
Requirements
* BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Proficiency in German at C2 / C1 level.
* Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
* At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
* Experience in sales.
* Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
* Strong team player with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
* Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and grow.
* Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
* Permanent contract.
* This role offers a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
* Taxes are between 20-24%.
