Job overview:
As Traffic Manager within the Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the smooth execution of multi-channel campaigns across both DR SMILE and Impress brands. Acting as the operational backbone of campaign delivery, you'll ensure all creative assets are briefed, produced, approved, and delivered on time - with a keen eye on performance and consistency.
You will act as a key interface between creative, performance, CRM, and local market teams to streamline processes, track timelines, and optimize campaign performance. Your role is essential in supporting the brand integration roadmap and ensuring we deliver impactful campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
Campaign coordination
* Plan, manage, and coordinate the production and deployment of marketing campaigns across all paid channels (digital & offline).
* Own and maintain the global campaign calendar, ensuring alignment across creative, local, and performance teams.
* Lead the monthly planning and coordination of promotional campaigns across all markets, ensuring timely delivery of assets and consistent messaging across channels.
* Track progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
Cross-functional collaboration
* Serve as the operational link between Brand, Creative, Social Media, CRM, Legal, and Performance teams.
* Act as a liaison between the Social Media and Paid Social teams to ensure a seamless approach across organic and paid content.
Performance & optimization
* Monitor traffic acquisition metrics (clicks, impressions, conversions, etc.) in collaboration with the CRO and Performance teams.
* Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
* Contribute to post-campaign reporting to identify learnings and improvements.
* Drive the execution of the UGC strategy, coordinating with local teams to ensure timely asset collection and publication.
* Oversee the delivery of assets for all Performance, CRM, and Affiliate campaigns, ensuring legal approvals are obtained when required.

* Able to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

* A team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar Traffic Manager or Project Manager role
* Experience working in a cross-functional marketing environment, ideally within a scale-up or multi-brand context.
* Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs, promo campaign workflows, and creative production processes.
