This is a full-time on-site role for a Listing Agent based in La Zenia. The Listing Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property evaluations, coordinating valuations, meeting with Vendors, and negotiating listing agreements. Providing exceptional customer service and staying informed about the local property market will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate listing management, property evaluations, and client serviceStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, such as scheduling and coordinating property showingsFamiliarity with regional property market trends and regulationsProficiency in office software, CRM systems, and online property listing platformsAttention to detail and organizational skillsValid driver's license and access to transportationProficiency in Spanish and English (additional language skills are a plus)
