Responsibilities:
* Working on the calendar of the director/a
* Answering phone calls
* Preparing reports after the meetings
* Making travel arrangements (hotels, flights, transfers)
* Visa support
* Preparing files for signature
* Collecting invoices for the accountant
* Writing emails
* Coordination with suppliers
* Other daily tasks as requested
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Relevant experience minimum 1 year
* Computer literate at a user's level
* Stress-resistance
* Time-management skills
* Able to travel occasionally in Spain and outside of Spain
* Multitasking
* Being mobile as sometimes work is done out of the office at meetings/business trips
Work Conditions:
* The place of work will be in Benicarlo, Castellon
* Work hours are 9 am till 6 pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch break
* Salary depends on experience and performance
