Open Position
TalentHub is expanding its team and is looking to hire a creative, strategic, and versatile graphic designer. This person will collaborate consistently on various digital projects within our company.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating visual pieces focused on branding, advertisements, social media adaptations, web pages, advertising campaigns, and landing pages. Experience designing physical products (clothing, packaging, labels) and mockups, with the ability to adapt to different visual styles and work independently, is also valued.
It is crucial to maintain brand consistency and a clear focus on results. We seek someone who can contribute ideas, conceptualize creative content, and adapt designs to various formats and platforms, working actively with the creative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Design visual assets for social media, advertising campaigns, landing pages, emails, and websites.
* Create static ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
* Design physical products (clothing, labels, packaging) and mockups for presentations.
* Create visual presentations for stands or corporate events (valued).
* Adapt designs to different formats and sizes while maintaining visual coherence and aesthetics.
* Propose creative concepts in collaboration with the copy and strategy team.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative feedback.
Essential Requirements
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and/or Canva.
* Previous experience designing for e-commerce, DTC, or related digital projects.
* Experience designing physical products (clothing, labels, packaging).
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for visual layout (valued).
* Knowledge and use of AI tools applied to design (valued).
* Creativity, strategic thinking, clear communication, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong visual criteria and proactive design solution proposals.
Conditions
* Remote, long-term work.
* Part-time flexible schedule with the possibility of transitioning to full-time (European hours).
* The selection process includes portfolio review and a technical test.
* Immediate incorporation.

* Years of experience as a graphic designer specializing in digital content for e-commerce or digital brands?
* Have you previously designed physical products (clothing, packaging, labels)? Please share examples if possible.
* Which programs and/or tools do you use most fluently? (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, HTML/CSS, AI creative tools, CapCut...)
* Have you created ads for advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)?
* How would you define your visual style and how do you adapt it to brands with different aesthetics (sports, technical, corporate)?
* What do you consider key for an ad or image for e-commerce to succeed in sales?
* How do you organize to deliver multiple creative pieces weekly while maintaining brand consistency and quality?
