ABOUT THE ALIRA HEALTH CONSULTING TEAM
Alira Health Consulting Division is an integrated team of approximately two hundred consultants specialized in the healthcare industry. We lead, manage, and execute a broad range of assignments, from Local and Global Market Access and Pricing to Brand Strategy and New Product Differentiation, for Pharma, Diagnostics, MedTech, and Digital Health Solutions (DHS) clients. Within this division, there is a team of about 30 professionals focused on Brand Strategy and New Product Planning for Pharmaceutical Companies. We are seeking a Europe-based Partner to expand our practice into additional European markets.

* Drive new product differentiation of transformative therapies in early development phases.
* Inform stage gate decisions (e.g., go to Phase 3).
* Understand pipeline insights and implications for client strategy.
* Develop business strategies and assess products.
* Create operating and long-term brand plans for leading medicines.
* Respond to market changes with competitive strategies.
* Conduct analytics on HCP/patient segmentation.
* Forecast and analyze marketing ROI.
* Provide Medical Strategy to establish scientific leadership and accelerate medicine reach.
* Create evidence plans and prioritize medical evidence generation.
* Develop patient engagement and voice strategies.
* Enhance scientific communication and medical engagement execution.
THE PARTNER ROLE
The Partner leads the Consulting Division, driving practice development, leveraging expertise, networks, and leadership skills. They contribute to corporate growth by assessing market needs and proposing strategic offerings within and beyond the practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generate revenue with top-line and profit responsibilities.
* Business Development: leverage existing pharmaceutical networks, build client relationships, define initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert.
* Contribute to corporate development through due diligence, structuring offerings, and brand development.
* Act as an ambassador at congresses and marketing campaigns.
* Lead generation within the practice on transversal topics.
* Thought Leadership: provide expertise, foster innovation, and represent the practice in cross-team projects.
* Develop and mentor team members, supporting their career growth.
* Support talent acquisition and team development strategies.
* Project Execution: leverage expertise to improve client success, ensure high-quality deliverables, and connect teams for relevant offerings.
* Maintain strategic client contacts, identify new opportunities, and ensure project relevance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* 10+ years in strategy consulting, focused on Pharma clients.
* Progressed in Pharma industry to at least Executive Director level, in relevant functions.
* Proven revenue generation with top pharmaceutical clients.
* Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Engineering; Medical degrees preferred for Medical Affairs roles.
* Deep expertise in oncology, hematology, or immunology.
* International management experience.
* Recognized expert in healthcare subsegments or disease areas.
* Experience engaging with C-level and senior executives.
