In this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish-speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company’s products and services. Daily, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.
Tasks
- Receive qualified leads from the marketing department
- Organise resort viewings for the client
- Occasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-face
- Ensure that all legal documents are correct
- Hand over clients to other internal departments
**Requirements**:
- Language skills: bilingual level in Dutch and an advanced level (C1+) in English & bilingual level in Flemish and an advanced level (C1+) in English. French is an added value.
- Be a freelance, for at least the first three months.
- 3-4 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing
- 3-4 years of experience working in Real Estate
- You have a valid driving license.
- You have availability to travel.
- You have worked with a CRM system before.
- You are a dynamic communicator
- Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls. You will only call qualified leads.

In this position, you can start as a freelancer and can grow into a contract role or be hired directly with a contract. While you are working as a freelancer you will receive compensation on all of your sales.
