providing customer service to internal stakeholders of Digital Services,our business line within Orange Business, maximizing financial and contractual benefit through centralization and economies of scale, and improvement of processes facilitating procurement best practices.Your role as Procurement OfficerIn this role you will lead procurement activities related to the commodities and geographical scope assigned and provide advice and expertise to further develop the procurement activities at Orange Business. You will get plenty opportunities to grow & develop.Your keyareas of responsibilityActively lead the collection of internal stakeholder needsSupport commercial negotiation with suppliers (pricing, commercial clauses of the contracts, etc.)Support selection of suppliers and present procurement recommendations in alignment with Orange Business’ needsCommunicate and promote the usage of selected suppliers and negotiated contracts among group entitiesProvide input and expertise to customer project negotiations to ensure maximum cost optimization / savingsSet up regular business reviews, follow supplier business within and outside Orange Business, identify suppliers risks and adopt appropriate mitigation actionsManage contract & contract lifecycleAct as a single point of contact to the supplier for commercial issues related to their commoditiesYour main deliverables will therefore be to build strong relationships with the relevant business units assigned and lead procurement, support project initiatives, and manage relationships with suppliers.
