Responsabilities:
· Lead the
marketing strategy
for MaxiSalt's new innovation phase, aligning brand growth with strategic business goals.
· Advise and evaluate
new project developments, ensuring feasibility, innovation, and market relevance.
· Collaborate closely with the
Scrum Master
to design and implement innovative projects.
· Conduct
market research and competitive analysis
to identify emerging opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
· Develop and strengthen business relationships
to expand market presence.
· Coordinate with
external agencies
to execute digital marketing campaigns.
· Manage the annual marketing budget.
· Oversee
project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
· Create commercial offers, corporate presentations, and sales materials
to support business development.
· Organize and lead client visits, meetings, and presentations
, representing MaxiSalt's expertise and innovation-driven vision.
Requirements:
· 2–3 years of professional experience.
· High level of English
(written and spoken);
