AVL is searching for candidates with a sound background in drivability to work within the facilities of a major customer in Valladolid, integrating the customer performance team on-site.
The Drivability Specialist Is Responsible For
* Monitor, evaluate and provide final opinion in Driveability and Performance
* Lead the convergence of the development of gasoline and hybrid drivability & performance specialties
* In serial-life, ensure that cost reduction initiatives do not risk the powertrain performance level (drivability & performance related)
Profile Description
* 3-5 years of experience in PWT calibration (or related topics)
* Knowledge of powertrain performances (fuel efficiency/pollutant emissions, drivability, NVH)
* Experience in drivability in automotive; hands‑on experience with hybrid powertrains ideally
* Good English level; French is a plus
* Engineering degree or similar; master degree is a plus
* High sense of responsibility, goal‑orientation and teamwork skills
* Extra‑curricular activities such as Formula Student are a plus
* Matlab knowledge is desirable
* Driving licence is needed
