Novaris Search are partnered with a global company flavor and food ingredient manufacturer who are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships and sales growth for specialty dairy ingredients in Southern Europe.
The successful candidate will implement account strategies, manage client portfolios, and support business development initiatives under the guidance of regional leadership.
Key Duties:
* Execute and monitor account plans to meet set sales and relationship goals
* Develop and strengthen business networks within assigned accounts
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction
* Coordinate technical and after-sales support
Requirements:
* Degree in science, business, or related field
* Demonstrated success in B2B account management, preferably in the dairy sector
* Strong understanding of dairy cultures, enzymes, or similar products
* Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills -
* Fluent in English; existing industry network highly desirable
