Responsibilities
Achieve assigned territory objectives by driving sales and market share of assigned products.
Introduce and promote Aspen portfolio to key customers: perform visits to Gynecology, Urology, Radiotherapy, hospital pharmacists to influence prescriptions and purchases where applicable.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders and coordinate with the Sales Director to develop partnership projects.
Establish and maintain effective business relationships with local stakeholders, decision-makers, healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.
Implement activities related to strategic corporate projects with stakeholders.
Capture, process, and share new evidence of public interventions developed by stakeholders.
Organize training days and clinical sessions focused on healthcare professionals.
Coordinate Administrative and Tender activities: report misalignments with market values to the Tender Manager and provide information on competitors' activities, tender results and prices.
Manage tenders and post-award periods and contracts with private structures; identify and share potential opportunities with the Tender Manager and commercial teams to plan interventions.
Analyze market and competition evolution and identify new development potentials, including marketing of generic products.
Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales.
Participate in industry conferences and events to promote the company's products and image.
Ensure business activities are conducted with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in accordance with applicable laws and Aspen's code of ethics.
Continuously update scientific and role knowledge with the support of relevant company tools and roles.
Identify scientific information needs of health professionals and establish coherent visit/activity plans; ensure communication aligns with healthcare professionals' needs.
Plan and organize scientific information activities in line with the visit plan and propose training initiatives and updates for healthcare professionals to your manager.
Safeguard the company's reputation through compliance with regulations and company codes; comply with administrative or legal requirements within established deadlines (expense reports, discharge notes, etc.).
Facilitate effective communication that meets the needs of healthcare professionals and coordinate with external functions to seize opportunities to enhance Aspen's product portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience
Commercial profile: customer orientation, strong communication skills and results focus.
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
Degree in pharmacy, biology or health sciences preferred; other areas such as Business Administration may be valued.
2–5 years of proven experience in similar roles with specialist focus.
Excellent communication, listening and responsiveness skills.
Team-oriented with adaptability to change and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in Spanish and Catalan; English is mandatory.
Computer literacy and analytical thinking.
Expertise in hospital and reimbursement fields; Gynecology experience is highly valued.
