Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound customer calls in German language and English
* Assist with bookings, upgrades, and general travel inquiries
* Handle cases using internal tools and systems
* Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
* Manage reservations with a sales-oriented mindset
Language Requirements
* German language – C2
* English language – C1
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience
* Sales-driven and confident with handling reservations
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
Employment Terms
* Permanent contract after a trial period of 2 months.
* Trial period: 2 months
* Full-time (39 hours/week) with rotating shifts, including alternating weekends
* Salary: €1,791.66/gross per month
* Signing bonus: €1 500 gross
* Paid training on-site, included in the contract
