Shape your career with us.**We are looking for a Senior System Engineer (f/m/x) in our great offices in Barcelona, Poznan or Lisbon.- As a Senior System Engineer, you'll be offered a unique opportunity to become a part of an international team of top engineers contributing to the global OLX Group success, responsible for the Availability and Performance of OLX internal IT systems and services supporting the underlying stack health, automation and monitoring.We’re a team of 8,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies.**What you will be doing**:- Operate a global rapidly evolving Internal IT System at scale.- Build tooling to increase visibility into our running production systems, measure performance continuously, and act upon changes.- Manage and automate many aspects of our services and their daily operation in the Cloud.- Work closely in cloud services integrations during merger & acquisition processes.- Ensure that our services are up-to-date with modern security standards.- Troubleshoot and diagnose availability and performance issues.- Provide automation and solutions for L1 and L2 support teams that can make the completion of their tasks easier.- Help to grow and mentor the integral IT team.**Who we are looking for**:- You take ownership, are curious, and a team player.- You are comfortable writing Python code that interacts with APIs.- DNS knowledge is a must.- Knowledge of core Internet protocols and core networking concepts (e.G.
