For our location in Sevilla, we are looking for an experienced Head of Tender Management (m/f/d).
In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all tendering and proposal processes. The purpose of the role is to ensure that all bids are strategically sound, financially robust, internally approved, and prepared at high quality and in a customer-ready manner.

Your daily mission – where you make the difference
* Systematic screening of all incoming tenders
* Assessment of strategic fit, market attractiveness, risks, and probability of success
* Analysis of political, regulatory, and financial framework conditions
* Overall coordination of the complete tender process from tender launch to bid submission
* Management of schedules, milestones, responsibilities, and document flows
* Central steering function towards Sales, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and Operations
* Responsibility for the preparation, consolidation, and plausibility checks of bid and project cost calculations
* Collection and structured preparation of cost and performance inputs from Finance, Controlling, Engineering, and Operations
* Definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end tender and proposal processes
* Design of clear roles, responsibilities, and interfaces across all involved functions
What you bring to the table – and how you make us even better
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable technical or business-related field
2. Educational background combining solid technical understanding with strong commercial and financial knowledge is highly preferred
3. Additional qualifications xohynlm in Project Management, Commercial Management, Finance, or Bid Management are an advantage
4. Several years of experience in Tender Management, Bid Management, or Commercial Project Management in complex, project-driven environments
5. Proven ability to bridge technical solution concepts and commercial business cases, translating engineering input into economically sound and customer-ready offers
6. Proven experience in building, leading, and developing tender or bid teams
7. Ability to act as an integrating leader between technical and commercial stakeholders
8. Strong decision-making skills, balancing technical risks, financial constraints, and strategic objectives
9. Highly structured, analytical, and quality-oriented working style
10. Pragmatic and solution-oriented, able to perform under time pressure
11. Comfortable operating at the intersection of engineering depth and business pragmatism
12. Very good command of English;
