Role Overview
You will provide customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to ensure fast, friendly, and effective support for users while representing a high-quality international company.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in Italian through phone, email, and live chat
* Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues
* Maintain a professional tone and high customer satisfaction
* Follow company procedures and service-quality guidelines
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer needs
* Document all interactions accurately in the system
Requirements
* Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
* English level B1 or higher
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Customer-focused mindset
* Ability to work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts
* Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
