At DUAL, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Lines Underwriting Assistant to support our team in the operational and administrative management of our Financial Lines business. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow professionally within the insurance sector.
You will work closely with senior underwriters and internal teams, assisting in the full lifecycle of issuance, document analysis, and client/broker support.
Review questionnaire and wordings, coordinating with legal or technical teams when necessary.Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, certificate issuance, invoicing, and digital archiving.Support the preparation of portfolio monitoring reports and internal reporting.Experience in administrative or support roles within insurance companies, brokerages, or financial institutions, will be considered a plus.Basic knowledge of Financial Lines insurance products.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI) and ability to learn internal systems quickly.Advanced level of English.
