About the role
We’re looking for a Video & Employer Branding Content Creator to join our Talent Marketing team. Your mission: help us tell Factorial’s story to the world of talent. You’ll create engaging videos, photos, and campaigns that show what it’s really like to work here, from big events like All Hands and tech conferences, to everyday stories of our people and culture.
You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Social Media, and People teams to make sure our employer brand feels consistent, creative, and inspiring at every touchpoint.
What you’ll do
* Create content end to end with one clear goal: attracting the best talent to Factorial, from researching trends and developing concepts or scripts to filming and editing.
* Produce content and visuals that bring our culture and employer brand to life across all channels.
* Help shape Factorial’s global employer branding strategy.
* Ensure our visual identity is consistently represented across the entire candidate journey.
* Be responsible for the visual experience we create for our internal streaming sessions (All Hands).
What we’re looking for
* Someone confident using professional gear and editing tools like Premiere Pro, but flexible enough to create on the go with your phone and CapCut.
* A portfolio with photo, video, or design projects (ideally related to people, culture, or branding).
* Organized and great at managing your time, working with a content calendar to keep projects on track.
* Have solid design fundamentals, know how to apply our branding consistently across all pieces, and feel comfortable using Figma or Illustrator.
* Knowledge of OBS is highly valued, we run weekly live streams, and you’ll be responsible for their visual concept and execution.
* A creative eye and passion for storytelling. In particular Interest in employer branding, digital engagement, or talent marketing.
* Ability to own projects end-to-end, while also enjoying teamwork.
* Comfortable working in English (intermediate level).
