FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities:
* Understand the global markets and what drives each brand.
* Own and develop brand building across all touch points of the global brand.
* Develop annual global marketing plans.
* Develop new consumer-based innovations for the brands.
* Marketing Plans Execution.
* Leading Innovation initiatives for the company's diverse categories in global markets.
* Managing the innovation strategic projects for all Marketing Teams.
* Developing key performance indicators and track business performance across geographic markets.
* Overall responsibility for the P&L.
* Working with the markets on their Media Plan and support in the content creation.
* Advising and coaching the global markets on strategy, activation and assets requirement.
* Driving and implementing strategy and growth plans in the Global Markets.
* Integrate strategies across local and global functions, including Sales, Finance, Production and Legal.
Requirements:
* Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or similar and at least 10-12 years of relevant experience as a MKMG in a Global position in FMCG industry with international scope.
* Proficient level of English.
* Excellent project management skills with ability to work across complex and multiple projects.
