Marketing Director
to lead all core marketing and growth activities across the platform.
The candidate must be a
proactive

independent thinker
who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.

Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.

Driving Agency Directory revenue
Own tracking and reporting systems end-to-end
Coordinating cross-department execution (Marketing, Sales, Content, Dev)
Eliminating operational blockers
Ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, with measurable results

DesignRush is seeking to make
IMMEDIATE hires.
Responsibilities:
Own Agency Directory revenue performance, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
Oversee key growth levers: Email campaigns, SEO, social, sponsorship launches, site features rollouts
Own all marketing tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio (must be able to build and QA GTM events yourself)
Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones
Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges
Manage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growth
Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
Requirements:
5+ years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader
Experience managing and leading a team
Proven experience in B2B marketing
Experience growing social media channels
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Availability to work 6 AM to 3 PM EST
