Coonerang Language School is a fast-growing English academy based in Arroyomolinos (Madrid). We are looking for native or bilingual English teachers with afternoon availability to join our team in February 2026 .Coonerang is not a traditional academy.
We work with small groups (maximum 8 students), a 100% English immersive environment, and a dynamic, gamified methodology focused on communication, confidence, leadership and real results .Our students range from young learners and teens to adults learning English for professional growth or official exams.

What we're looking for :

We want teachers who are:
Native or C2-level EnglishExperienced with young learners and/or teensEnergetic, proactive and engaging in the classroomComfortable leading activities, games and speaking-based tasksAble to follow a structured methodology and apply it consistentlyOrganised, communicative and team-oriented
Preferred (not mandatory):
CELTA / TEFL / university degreeExperience in English academiesFamiliarity with gamified or communicative approaches
Mandatory:
