About the Role
\nThe General Manager, Spain has full leadership and operational accountability for Zotefoams’ manufacturing operations across Anglesola and Burgos. Reporting to the Managing Director NA & EMEA and the Global Supply Chain Director, this role owns end to end performance across safety, operations, people and financial delivery for both sites.\n
You will lead site strategies aligned to EMEA and global objectives, building a strong culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement and engagement. This is a senior, hands on leadership role with real influence over performance, capability and long term growth across Spain.
