Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong foundation in Project Management to lead our delivery teams in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple delivery projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Coordinate cross functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies, continuously improving processes and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong Project Management knowledge and experience, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivery management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high quality results.
