We Are Hiring – Group Brand Manager – Veterinary OTC
Remote position open to candidates based in Europe

Animalcare Group is expanding fast and we are searching for a Group OTC Brand Manager (Non-Prescription Products) to help shape the future of our European OTC portfolio, with Dental Care at the heart of our growth strategy.
In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will:
* Shape and lead our pan-European OTC brand strategy, with a focus on consumer pull, digital first activation and market leadership in Dental Care.
* Drive product innovation and development, creating brands and solutions that pet owners trust and veterinarians recommend.
* Build and execute commercial and activation plans, turning consumer demand into growth across e-commerce, veterinary and retail channels.
* Empower and support country teams, providing toolkits, assets, and insights to ensure strong local execution in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience in brand management (veterinary OTC or pet food)
Strong digital marketing & e-commerce expertise
Proven success in multi-country or European brand roles
Strategic, entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
Fluent in English, other European languages a plus
Willingness to travel (20–30%)
