We are looking for you for our team : R&D Project Coordinator with experience in Home Care, Personal Care or Cosmetics. The position is located in Seville, Spain.
Your mission : Ensure the execution and monitoring of R&D projects, using the necessary tools and materials in accordance with the guidelines of the Manager. Coordinate all work and tasks with collaborators to ensure the achievement of the projects.
Main Responsibilities :
* Ensure the execution of Innovation and Development projects in coordination with your work team.
* Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
* Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
* Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote your own training and can contribute to enriching the knowledge of the department.
* Conduct market study and monitoring to stay updated on the latest technologies and study their possible effective implementation in our products.

Requirements :
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Advanced level of English. Advanced level of German is a plus.
* Chemical background. Knowledge of the Household Products, Personal Wash market or Cosmetics.
* Knowledge of production technology on a mass scale in the FMCG field.
* Knowledge of legislation.
* Ability to prepare and lead project meetings.
* Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams.
* Communication skills, creativity and organisational skills, ability to make decisions independently.
* Presentation skills, ability to present proposals and recommend solutions.
