The Role:
This is a high-level service role for important clients. The Account Manager acts as a personal contact, helping users manage their accounts and ensuring they receive a top-quality experience similar to private banking.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Guide clients through onboarding, including account setup and platform usage
* Monitor client activity proactively to anticipate needs and resolve issues
* Manage inbound client communication and ensure timely, high-quality responses
* Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Business Development
* Convert inbound leads into active, retained clients
* Work closely with Compliance to ensure KYC/AML standards are met
* Partner with Product and Operations teams to relay client feedback and improve services
* Maintain accurate records and reporting within HubSpot CRM
* Analyse client data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
* Recommend improvements to workflows, communication processes, and client experience
Requirements:
* Experience: 2+ years in Fintech/Crypto or 4+ years in professional finance roles.
* People Skills: Experience working with high-value clients and building long-term trust.
* Basic Knowledge: A good understanding of how trading and financial markets work.
* Software: Experience using tools like HubSpot or Zendesk.
* Communication: Able to explain complicated money topics in very simple English.
* Education: A university degree in Business, Finance, or a similar subject.
