This person will lead the CRM and Data team, and will be responsible for making the most of our HubSpot platform, aiming to evolve towards a Customer Data Platform vision.The Ideal Candidate has…Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Master or similar will be highly valued.
7+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or digital environments.
Solid background in budget management, planning, and performance tracking.
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) and CRM ecosystems.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, especially CRM and Data specialists.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to generate insights from data.
Experience working in PMO roles, coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Advanced use of Excel and BI tools.
Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish, as this role operates in an international context.

- Translate the global marketing strategy into a structured annual plan, including priorities, resources and calendar.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring proper execution of approved investments.
- Act as the PMO of the Marketing department, coordinating key projects, tracking timelines and ensuring deliverables.Campaign Coordination Funnel Oversight
- Ensure campaigns and initiatives are implemented effectively and aligned with the global strategy.
- Oversee the full customer journey, guaranteeing consistency and conversion across all funnel stages.
- Consolidate the campaign calendar and coordinate agency efforts to maximize efficiency and impact.HubSpot Data Leadership
- Lead the strategic use of HubSpot to power automation, data integration and customer engagement.
- Drive a data-driven marketing culture, enabling visibility of performance from top to bottom of the funnel.
