Job Summary
Ready to shape the future of energy sourcing and sustainability across 20+ sites in EMEA? We are looking for an Associate Category Manager – Energy to drive sourcing strategies, ensure supply resilience, and accelerate our sustainability agenda across Europe, the Middle East & Africa.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional energy sourcing strategies (electricity, gas, green energy, VPPA, industrial gases)
* Partner with Business leaders on pricing, hedging, and market risk management
* Collaborate with Operations to reduce CO₂ footprint and support sustainability goals
* Manage ~€85M spend, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply security, and innovation
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships (SRM) and drive strategic projects
* Provide market insights and stakeholder communication across functions
Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
* ~4+ years in procurement / category management / services sourcing
* Strong financial and market analysis skills (ideally exposure to energy/commodities)
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
* Fluent English
