Outbound sales development representative, swedish speaker — mid market

What this job can offer you

* An opportunity to be a part of and drive the GTM (go to market team) of the Benelux region
* Experience in a scale-up, fast-growing pre-IPO company
* Training and exposure to the latest and most advanced prospecting tools e.g. Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and more


What you bring

* You are a driven, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in business development, particularly in outbound sales.
* You have experience working with mid-market and enterprise companies, managing accounts with over 500 employees.
* You possess strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
* You have the ability to negotiate skillfully, promoting and selling ideas persuasively.
* You are fluent in both English and Swedish, with exceptional oral and written communication skills. Your phone presence is positive and energetic.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

The base salary for this full-time role ranges from $21,490 to $48,335 USD, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market conditions.
